Please read our terms carefully before placing an order with South Shore Customs. Understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. No other terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed to in writing signed by South Shore Customs. We reserve the right to amend any information without prior notice.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days from the time that you submit your order. Some of our services, such as custom neck tag labeling, will add to the standard turnaround time. Please view each add-on service on our website for the latest turnaround time for each service. Rush Fees may apply to orders needing a quicker turnaround time than what our standard turnaround time offers.

If you have a specific deadline, or “in hands date” that you need to have met, please notify us when placing your order.

PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% is due up front to begin printing, however, no payment is required until you approve your estimate and digital mockup. All products remain South Shore Customs property until full payment is made.

 

All credit card transactions conducted through South Shore Customs are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

OVER/UNDER RUN ALLOWANCE

We do our very best to deliver the ordered quantity for each and every size on your order. However, printing mistakes happen, screens break on press, shirts arrive with holes or stains from the manufacturer, etc. For that reason, we have an under/over run allowance. This is simply an acceptable margin of error.

All orders within the Over/Under Run Allowance of the ordered quantity will be considered acceptable for delivery. For this reason, we highly recommend you order extra garments for each size. South Shore Customs will not be responsible for profit loss on under runs. If requested, in the event of an under run greater than our Under/Over Run Allowance, we will reprint the remaining quantity.

  • Light Garments: 2%

  • Dark Garments: 3%

  • Sweat Material: +1%

PRICING

South Shore Customs reserves the right to adjust it's pricing. Prices listed are subject to change without prior notification. Orders will be charged at prices in effect on the order day.

FORCE MAJEURE

Events outside South Shore Customs' control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that South Shore Customs is released from South Shore Customs' obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

MARKETING

South Shore Customs may include photographic or video content showing some or all of the products created within the South Shore Customs' facility in our marketing materials. Please let us know at the time of placing your order if you would not like photographs or videos of your products to be included in our marketing materials. 

ADDITIONAL INFO

South Shore Customs reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, South Shore Customs has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. South Shore Customs shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of your purchase only in the case of receiving an unapproved or inferior product. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
